In 2027, the Multispecialty Aesthetic Conference (MAC) returns to the iconic Bellagio in Las Vegas—marking a meaningful milestone as we gather at the very location where the conference was founded 25 years ago. This anniversary meeting represents both a celebration of legacy and a bold step forward in aesthetic innovation.

MAC has long distinguished itself as a premier multidisciplinary forum, bringing together leaders in aesthetic surgery, facial plastic and reconstructive surgery, dermatology, oculoplastics, plastic surgery, and aesthetic medicine. Our commitment to high-level education, scientific rigor, and collaborative exchange has consistently positioned MAC as a trusted platform for advancing the field.

We are especially honored to announce a landmark collaboration with the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (AAFPRS). This partnership unites two highly respected organizations with a shared mission: advancing clinical excellence, fostering innovation, and elevating standards of patient care. Together, we anticipate delivering one of the most comprehensive and influential aesthetic meetings of 2027.

MAC 2027 will convene a highly engaged audience of decision-makers, practice leaders, and innovators. Our attendees represent a concentrated community of surgeons and aesthetic professionals actively seeking technologies, products, and solutions that enhance patient outcomes and practice growth.

For our industry partners, MAC offers:
- Direct access to key opinion leaders and high-volume aesthetic practices.
- Strategic brand visibility in an educationally focused environment.
- Meaningful engagement with multidisciplinary decision-makers.
- Opportunities for product education, demonstration, and collaboration.
- A setting designed to foster long-term professional partnerships.

As we celebrate 25 years of impact, we invite you to join us in shaping the future of aesthetic medicine. Your partnership will not only support world-class education but position your organization at the forefront of innovation within one of the most dynamic sectors in healthcare.

We look forward to building a strategic and mutually rewarding collaboration at MAC 2027.

A Letter From Dr. Schlessinger

It is with great pleasure that I announce the integration of Cosmetic Surgery Forum into the MAC Conference (Multispecialty Aesthetic Conference), to be held in Hilton Head from March 27th to the 30th, 2025 at the oceanfront Westin Hilton Head Island Resort. It is going to be a great opportunity to see and meet with leaders in the field in a convivial manner in a beautiful location. Dr. Waldman and I have known each other for over 20 years and have always respected how we ran meetings, often collaborating on individual tasks. When the opportunity came to join forces and enlarge the scope and purpose of Cosmetic Surgery Forum, I was delighted as it gave us the chance to work together once more and offer another unique learning opportunity for both dermatologists and cosmetic surgeons. Cosmetic Surgery Forum has always been known for its didactic, yet Socratic approach to CME and this meeting will be the same format. There will be a focus on sessions that train how to be a cosmetic dermatologist, from beginners to advanced techniques.   We hope you join Randy and myself in Hilton Head next March 27th through 30th. It is going to be a wonderful time and highly educational experience at a world-class resort.  P.S. Hilton Head has once again been named the top island resort destination in the United States! Be sure to bring the entire family or reward your hard-working staff.
